I love natto!!! I love stringy food !!! tororo, okra...
I know some people dislike natto:-(
But it has nutrition.
Anyway please be familiar with the effect.
1.the flow of blood become smooth.
2.the blood pressure become low.
3.aging is prevented.
4.bones become strong.
You don't want to be lokked older, do you?
I'm worry about my bones because my friends say "You're too thin." x-(
