Instant miso soup



















Hi, today is so cold isn't it??

I'm sensitive to cold ...X(


My mother sometimes prepare instant miso soup.

We have a bad image for "instant".

Almost instant food is dry.

But I think the soup is OK because it' s a nama-miso(a raw miso?) type.


I found out the nutrition of it.

It contains 2~2.5g salt per one cup .

On the other hand, the normal miso soup contains 0.8~1g salt per one cup.

Instant miso soup contain a lot of salt instead of preservatives.


So we sould be careful about amount of hot water when we drink the instant one.

It's instant, but it has as same nutrition as the normal one without salt.

I recommend it for busy people.

You can buy it like picture for about 100 yen. It's soooo cheap!

Blend Tea






Hi!

I introduce my favorite drink!!





I like green tea. What kind of tea do you like??


especially I LOVE BLEND TEA such as so-ken-bi-cha!

I'm into cereal smell.

Blend tea contains many kind of medical harbs.

So it's healthy drink.


I tell you some medical harbs in the tea .


dokudami ... work poor circulation(hie-syo)

evening promrose(tsukimi-so)... the effect of diet

hato-mugi ... work dry skin

brown rice ... recover fatigue


By the way, I like jasmin tea, too.

I think many womn like it.

Jasmin make us relax!


Each tea have different effect, so how about finding favorite teas??

Let's eat tomatoes!!














Hi, it's very hot now because I'm wearing the suits x(

My brother loves mini tomatoes and he eats it every day.
So I sometimes eat it, too.


It's summer now, and tomato season!!:) :)
Tomatoes contain some kind of vitamins and lycopene.
It seems that lycopene make skin beautiful.
You care sunburn this season probably.
I'm not sure you can prevent it by eating tomatoes.


So I want you eat it, I introduce a easy tomato recipe.


"Cold tomato soup"

ingredients
tomato juice 300ml

olive oil 2 teaspoon
*salt
*lettuce *a litte bit
*corn



how to cook
1.Pour tomato juice to a cup


2.Put *into the juice



It's very easy, isn't it?


Even if you can't drink tomato juice, you can drink it as a soup!

ramen shop report♪

Hello!
Today, I introduce a ramen shop is known for delicious roast porks.

I went to "Gotoku" with my grand mother last week.
I was soooo glad because I don't eat out recently.














"Gotoku" is in Sakura city, Chiba.


It's 15 minutes ' walk from Katsutadai station.


I used to go there and always order gotoku ramen.


I ate it today, too.













It seems that the soup stock is pork bones,but I don't feel that.
I feel it's just strong soy sauce soup.
It contains yuzu so that the aftertaste is little fresh.
Even if you're not good at pork bones, you can eat smoothly.

and...after all, the roast pork is soooo delicious!!
It's too tender.
It starts melting in the mouth~♪
I want to eat everyday:)
You should try to eat it !











Also you can enjoy different soup by 3 kind of seasonings.
Roast onion, Fish powder, Fried garlic.
I haven't tried them because I care smell...

It's sour...








I'm into umeboshi recentry!!!

I eat at least 3 a day.

My favorite is not salty, and more sweet one.

I also like karikari-ume(crunch-umeboshi).



I always eat it without cooking, but I sometimes eat tofu, cucumbers putting pon-zu(a sauce cantainning soy sauce and vinegar) with chopped one, and natto mixing with it.










By the way, umeboshi contain the citric acid(kuen-san) as you know.

It has some effects for good health!



The one is recovering fatigue.

It removes bad things of the body inside and it can make the energy smoothly.

Umeboshi can prevent that the summer heat make us down:)



The second is killing bad vacterias.

We're careful fresh or old food especially this season.

If we eat it, we don't have to be warried about food poisoning a little.


In short...umeboshi is just right for the comming season!!!

Let's try to eat it!

The ICE













Hello!

It's really hot recentry... x(
I couldn't stand it and I ate ICE BOX yesterday.


ICE BOX is fresh and sweet! I love the crush ice!!
It has some flavors, such as this mikan, grape, peach and grapefruit.
How about eating anything you like? :)


I prefer this one to other ices because I always eat the ice (not ice cream).
I can't drink something cold without the ice.
After drinking that, I chew it certainly.










Do you know eating the ice is disease?
My action is just the disease...
The lack of the iron content cause that.
In short, it's a kind of the anemia(hinketsu).
I'm certainly anemic.


I sometimes eat food contain much iron, such as spinaches and livers.
I also take medicine, but I can't stop eating the ice x(
So... if you eat much the ice, you should do you can to become good!




Finally,
Vitamin C helps working iron:)

Canned Food











Hello☆

I ate canned food "Saba no mizuni( Mackerels boiled in water)" yesterday.

I don't like mackerels so much, but I love this one!
It has no bad smell, so it's easy to eat smoothly.
When I eat it, I feel I'm a cat every time :)
Youmay feel it, too. Please try it!
I recommend putting soy sauce on it.


I heard my mother use the extrta liquid of the can to make miso soup.
It's delicious! I can feel the soup base is fish.
But, I'm worried about additives(tenkabutsu) so that I seached it.


According to Japan Canners Association, even if food additives are used, they are safety.
It's no problem to use the extra liquid.
We can eat or drink it.









So...I thought of these ideas!

the extra syrup of fruits → sweets/desserts
the oil of tuna → instead of salad oil
the liquid of corn → into vegetable soup


Can you think of other ideas??


By the way, have you bought canned food at 100 yen shop?
There is a popular canned food there now.
I tried to buy it many times, it's sold out every time x(

It is...

I think canned food is easy to cook, and using it makes dishes delicious.

Birthday

May 23th was my younger brother's birthday♪
He became 7 years old. (He is in the 1st grade.)











I was sad because I couldn't congratulate his birthday.

I had a part-time job x(



The next day, I ate the birthday cake.

It was a short cake of cozy corner!

I enyoyed it ♪ I love cozy corner's cakes!!


What kind of cakes do you like?













By the way, I introduce the cake history:)


The first cake is just sweet bread in ancient Rome.

Then, Sweet contains much sugar are made in Italy.

That's why the sweet bread change into recent cakes.


Portuguese that came to Tnega-shima introduce "kasutera."

It's first Japanese cake!


Incidentally, We started eating cakes when the birthday is congratulated in 1960's.


I'm surprised!

The history of birthday cake in Japan is short span.

For about 40 years!!




I seldom eat cakes.

So I think the birthday cake is special, after all.

I'll eat special food in the event's day, not other day!

Sweet I ate yesterday















I ate kuzumochi yesterday.

Kuzumochi is said kudzu starch cake in English.


Have you eaten it?

It's white or transparent color, and it's like konnyaku but softer than konnyaku.

We put soybean flour and black sweet sauce(kuromitsu) on the kuzumochi.


I felt sooo delicious because I seldom eat sweet.
I had a happy time:)I want to eat today,too!


By the way, do you know there are 2 kind of kuzumochi??













We can understand the difference obviously:)


First one is transparent color and square .
It's in Kansai.It's made from kudzu starch.

Second one is white and triangle.It's in Kanto.
Flour starch is used.

I think Kansai's kuzumochi is famous for people in Kanto.
I see them at the supermarket in my hometown.

Kuzumochi is low in calories, 180 calorie per person.
I reccomend it for dieting people:)

I know a chance that you can enjoy kuzumochi today.
Let's make " milk kuzumochi"!! It's like real kuzumochi♪








Ingredients

★potato starch(katakuriko) 10g
★sugar 6g
★milk 50cc
* soybean flour
*black sweet sauce

Direction
1.In a pot set low heat, warm all of ★ and stir them for a while.
2.Turn off the heat when they're like mochi.
3.Make bolls of mochi.
4.Put on soybean flour and the sauce to taste on the mochi.


I have made it. It's so easy!!!

Hamburger★







Hello!


I like humburgers!


There are many humburger shops in Japan.

Each shop has famous hamburger/side menu, you know?





Firstly MOS made Teriyaki burger( the burger that use sweet sauce)!
Not only children but many people like it.




and speaking of shrimp burger... LOTTERIA.
It took in shrimp to hamburger the first time in the world. I'm suprised:o


also probably you like seasoning french-fried. First Kitchen made it.
I like and enjoy shaking french-fried.
In FK, tomato flavor appear recently.
It's fresh idea!! I want to eat it with other strange flavor:)

By the way
Do you know where the first humburger was appeared in Japan?
You think McDonald`s???



The answer is...
not shop. Sasebo city in Nagasaki.

You have heard "Sasebo burger" probably.

in 1950, American army that occupied Nagasaki taught how to make humburger.
It's the first.








Recent Sasebo burger is big size, include more vegetables,bacon,cheese and egg.




I want to eat it!
How about eating the first hunberger in Japan???

NATTO

Today's topic is...NATTO we learned a little in class.
I love natto!!! I love stringy food !!! tororo, okra...



I know some people dislike natto:-(
But it has nutrition.
Anyway please be familiar with the effect.

1.the flow of blood become smooth.
2.the blood pressure become low.
3.aging is prevented.
4.bones become strong.

You don't want to be lokked older, do you?
I'm worry about my bones because my friends say "You're too thin." x-(
I should have strong bones...


I want you eat it.
So I introduce a food whoever dislike natto dan eat it.

natto omelet

My mother often makes it.
It's natto inside omelet. No rice.

It becomes not stringy after heating natto!please try it!!!

Hi, I`m Tomomi.
I like salty food and green tea and milk tea!
NIce to meet you.

Today I introduce what I always eat.
It`s french-fried, hamburgers, chikin nuggets.
You think ...it`s bad for body??
I think so, too.
But I cant stand eating them somehow.

I work at fast-food shop,
so after working, I eat the extra food in my shop.
It`s bad thing actually...

I should change my daily life!!!
